Accommodation in Segovia

Segovia is the ideal living place for recent highschool graduates. IE University has its own Residence in Campus. However, we work with partner Residences and share information on several other accommodation options outside Campus.

The residence has 61 spots, exclusively for IEU Students.
- All rooms have private bathroom, WiFi, daily cleaning service, and full board (three meals a day served in the university’s cafeteria).
- The prices vary between 830€ and 1100€ per month, depending on the occupancy of the room (individual or double) and its size.
- To reserve a spot, it is necessary to pay a 950€ deposit that is refunded only after the completion of the academic year. For more information, please write an email to: residencehall@ie.edu

We recommend first year students to attend Residences in order to smoothen the transition from home to a new city, whilst making great friends for life. Students with a more independent spirit can rent an apartment or room in a shared flat with peers.

Getting Around

Getting around Segovia is quite simple once you become familiarized with the available transportation options, health centers, youth benefits and banking services.
