Evan Kohlmann presented his lecture on "Global Terrorism, Impact on Media & Security Implications"

Dr Evan Kohnmann is a reputed commentator on issues of Jihadist terrorism on the news channel of NBC, one of the most important cable channels in the United States.
He is currently the lead researcher at the Nine/Eleven Finding Answer Foundation (NEFA), a non-profit institution whose goal is to prevent future Islamist terrorist activities that has advised the US Department of Defense and the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation). Kohlmann is also the founder and director of globalterroralert.com, a web portal specializing in Jihadist terrorism.
Based on his numerous studies, he has been put forth as an expert witness at numerous trials in both the USA and the Courts of Justice in The Hague and Denmark.
Kohlmann earned his doctorate in Law from the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a degree in International Politics and Islamic Studies from Georgetown University. He has under his belt numerous publications on global terrorism and national security that address issues such as terrorist recruitment via Internet, Saudi Arabia's financing of terrorist groups, the role of the Jihad in Europe and the Sunni insurgency in Algeria.
