Annual Meeting of IE Law School Faculty

The annual meeting of IE law faculty took place on October 27th. Dean José M. de Areilza presented a report of the goals achieved in the last academic year and the challenges ahead-sustained growth in LLM programs, launch of the new global LLB degree, and further internationalization of our Executive Education. A total of 35 law teachers received awards for excellence in teaching, based on student evaluations above 4.5 points over 5. Professor Juan Jose Torres received a special award for his service to the school during the last 20 years. Practice Professor Coloma Armero won the best case award, with her problem solving exercise on an MBO operation that she uses to teach Mergers and Acquisitions, both in MBA and LLM Programs.
