Research seminar on good faith negotiation

Professor Gregory J. Marsden recently presented his working paper entitled Good Faith Negotiation: Fisher Meets von Jhering at the Walk-Away Point in a research seminar attended by faculty of IE Law School and members of the Madrid legal community. Held on March 10, 2011, this presentation is the latest in the Research Seminar series at IE Law School.
Following Professor Marsden’s presentation, discussion centered on the effect of pre-contractual good faith in common and civil law jurisdictions, and whether this particular aspect affects negotiation theory and practice when they are transplanted from one system to another.
