IE Law School and Tilburg University

IE Law School Professor Gregory Marsden is currently visiting Tilburg Law School in the Netherlands, where he is teaching a series of seminars on Designing and Managing Contracts in collaboration with Professors Machteld de Hoon and Vanessa Mak. In addition, Professor Marsden presented his recent research on pre-contractual liability and its effect on negotiation practice and theory to the faculty of Tilburg's Private Law Department.
This visit represents the first such collaboration between IE Law School and Tilburg University, which have recently concluded an agreement for student and faculty exchange, as well as collaboration in research.
