IE School of Social and Behavioral Sciences aims to train future psychologists who are at once creative, enterprising and committed. Professionals who are able to critically and objectively seek answers to what it means to be a human being in today's working world.

Our students will not only develop and learn the general theory behind the practice of psychology, but also to understand how they can make a unique and lasting contribution to the world of business. We will prepare our students to enter fields as diverse as marketing, publicity or clinical consultancy within a psychological standpoint.

IE School of Social and Behavioral Sciences places emphasis on research in a social and organizational capacity, with a particular focus upon diagnosis and intervention in management capabilities.
