Por segundo año consecutivo, IE Law School presenta el programa “Negocios online y redes sociales. Análisis jurídico de las claves de negocio”, un curso que profundiza en los aspectos jurídicos más relevantes de los negocios online, las redes sociales y la publicidad interactiva. Este programa está orientado a profesionales con responsabilidad en el desarrollo de negocios online, las redes sociales y en la gestión de contenidos publicitarios en medios interactivos, tanto desde la perspectiva jurídica como desde la de negocio.

 

En este contexto, tendrá lugar el próximo jueves 27 de septiembre  a las 19.00 la presentación del curso en la que participarán Sebastián Muriel, vicepresidente de desarrollo corporativo de Tuenti; Carlos de la Pedraja, director del IE Executive Law School; Juan Antonio Orgaz, abogado de Prisa TV;  y Raúl Rubio, socio de Baker & McKenzie. Al finalizar se ofrecerá un vino español.

 

Sebastián Muriel centrará su ponencia en las oportunidades de negocio que generan a las empresas las redes sociales, en concreto, Tuenti y en el cambio de paradigma que suponen las nuevas formas de relación entre personas y entre empresas y clientes.

In law school we learn much about legal theory and laws but spend relatively little time dedicated to defending a client's position or persuading others to agree with a particular point of view. As a result many young lawyers spend their first years of practice trying to adopt methods of persuasion and argumentation without any prior training or guidance.

The idea behind this session is to provide that base by presenting participants a method of organizing, preparing and focusing any oral argument. By adopting a methodical approach in identifying the most important parts of an argument you will be able to more effectively present and find the art within oral advocacy.
