IE Career Management Center serves as an active partner in mapping your career path and equipping you with skills you need to compete in the job markets as a student and alumnus.

As well as individual sessions with your assigned career advisor and workshops on numerous career topics, you will also have a structured Career course covering topics such as Personal Branding, Negotiating job offers and Interviewing successfully.

A large number of recruiters count on IE Business School to source their talent, year after year. Activities organized to interact with recruiters include an annual International Careers Fair (with over 100 participating companies); on-campus or online company presentations and interviews (Johnson & Johnson, BT, Novartis, McKinsey Consulting, Roland Berger, Amazon, World Bank, P&G to name a few); round table conferences and special events (informal networking and Executive Insight Speaker Series); and CV Books – an online compilation of students’ resumes, distributed to all recruiting partners.

The Change Modules

As the saying goes, “the only constant in life is change.” This has become more evident as the world we live in rapidly becomes more interconnected. The International MBA curriculum acknowledges this reality by addressing three specific types of change students are sure to encounter in their professional careers: Personal Change (addressed in LAUNCH), Global Change (addressed in Change in Action) and Organizational Change (addressed in Making Change Happen). The goal of the Change Modules is to provide students with the tools necessary to successfully recognize, implement, manage and lead change.
