In addition to finance courses, students are required to prepare Level I of the CFA Charter, a highly respected international qualification within the finance industry.
The Student Profile
Students are at the heart of the IE learning model. Classes are highly interactive as professors interweave management concepts, real-world business cases and student contributions into a powerful learning experience. This is why diversity in the classroom is not merely something we promote - it's a core component and value. The broader the range of academic, professional and cultural backgrounds, the more stimulating and insightful are the experiences in small team settings and full class engagements.
IE Business School’s Master in Finance students come from all over the world and from vastly different cultures and backgrounds, who share the same passion for finance and who wish to work in different fields of finance after graduation. Students joining the Master in Finance have an average of 1.3 years of working experience.
