I decided to do a PhD in organization studies, because I wanted to have the chance of building a career around the production of knowledge in this field of study.

I chose IE’s program because it offered a wide range of expertise in contemporary organizational research issues and because Madrid is such an interesting place to be living in. My research interests lie in the tensions between formal organizational procedures and creative behaviors and after I finish the program I would like to work in a research focused institution.
