PhD Candidate, Human Resource Management 1000-1000

When I started my career in an international company, I found myself in an extremely fast-moving world. Endless work to do every day, but very few people were spending time on thinking about what had happened and what we could learn from it. I have always thought that I would like to be a faculty member in university, pursuing research findings and sharing them with students. IE Business School was the perfect place to study these timely and important things. Currently, my research focus is on Human Resource Management, especially career development.
