Innovation occurs in teams. Knowledge and ideas are shared by individuals that collaborate in teams and create innovation. Remarkably however little research exists on understanding those processes that occur in teams.

Exploring and understanding those processes was my main motivation to conduct my doctoral studies. At ie I have the unique opportunity to receive a thorough grounding in theory and methodology, while developing my own research ideas in close collaboration with outstanding faculty members.
