    Sébastien Fosse

    PhD candidate, Organizational Behavior 2008-2012

Sébastien Fosse is a doctoral candidate at IE Business School.  After attaining professional experience as a management consultant across many European countries, he decided to pursue an academic career, investigating the intersection of organizational behavior and business ethics areas (at the individual, group, and organizational levels). He has presented his work at several international conferences, including the annual meetings of the Academy of Management. His ongoing dissertation explores the multilevel effect of positive identity.  In addition, another stream of his research investigates ethics-related and governance implications of pervasive organizational forms, such as family firms and computer-mediated groups.  Sébastien is one of the recipients of the 2009 Society for Business Ethics Emerging Scholar Award.
