+Digital Marketing is a Module that students choose in addition to the Global MBA+ or Executive MBA+ Core Periods. The Blended format allows you to complete a world-class MBA and gain practical knowledge of Digital Business without having to sacrifice work and personal commitments.
+Digital Marketing is designed for driven and experienced professionals eager to acquire new digital business concepts whilst reinforcing their management and leadership skills. Furthermore, the program is ideal for entrepreneurs engaged in, or who are planning to create their own projects in the digital space.
First face-to-face week is held in Silicon Valley. Admitted students will be immersed in the world of Digital Marketing both in terms of leading edge companies* today as well as Venture Capital. Companies visited in previous years include Google, Logitech, Plug and Play Tech Center, Electronic Arts, Symantec. During visits to the world most influential entreprises, the students will have the opportunity to interact and network with top executives, whilst learning about latest challenges and opportunities in digital business.
The first period offers a valuable opportunity to interact with fellow students and professors. Participants will be immersed in the world of digital business, both in terms of leading edge companies as well as Venture Capital. Visits to companies and business incubators (including Google, Yahoo, Logitech, Plug&Play, Semantech etc.) give numerous opportunities to interact and network with top executives whilst learning about the latest challenges and opportunities in digital marketing.
The Online Campus is the focal point for the online activities and serves as a communication platform for the study groups and for teacher-led online sessions. You will have easy access to the comments, opinions and experiences of professors and fellow students, as well as general information on the program.
The courses are taught online using IE's successful methodology based on the case study method. The students use multiple digital tools including video-conferences, shared presentations, multimedia cases and social media.
Renowned as a vibrant capital, Madrid offers a wealth of history, tradition and cultural experiences. The second period consolidates the work covered over the entire program. Students present and defend their business plans, take assesment tests and visit workshops, classes and lectures of the leading experts in the field of Digital Marketing.
