On the +Global Management Specialized Program, we want students to develop new skills and to adopt an integrated perspective of business. We want them to become strategists, architects of their organizations and leaders who know how to get the very best out of each member of their teams. They must learn to manage the opportunities and the threats which arise in an increasingly complex and competetive environment, where maintaining a competetive advantage is far from easy.            

At IE Business School we believe that for the +Global Management program to provide the right level of career development, it's necessary to complement it beforehand with a global outlook on business aquired through a top MBA. For this reason the course is preceded by the Core Period of the Global MBA+, with the exception of former students of the MBA at IE, who may take the course separately.

At IE Business School we believe that for  the +Global Management Module to provide the right career development, it should be complemented beforehand with a global outlook on Business that a top MBA provides. For this reason, it will be preceded by Core Period in the Global MBA+. An exception will be made for  past students of MBA programs at IE, who may take the course separately.

Our objective is to ensure that students improve their management knowledge and their global vision of business, adapting themselves to the demands of society and the market. The blended format allows you to adapt your course to your pace of study and your personal life, without having to make frequent trips to Madrid.

A format which reflects the working practices of companies in today's connected world. It also allows you to access an international network, with coursemates studying the same Module from their native countries or abroad due to their desire to develop their international careers. If you studied the Core Period in the face-to-face format, you will receive a pre-program course about the IE Online Campus and the tools used for virtual group work.

Exciting Madrid

Every 6 weeks students meet in Madrid on Friday afternoon and Saturday for workshops and seminars. In addition, various final exams will be set and the developed Business Plans will be presented.
