The Research Office’s mission consists in stimulating and facilitating the research developed by our faculty. In doing so, it centres its efforts on actions as fundraising, the presentation of projects to apply for research grants and subsidies, the diffusion of information on calls related with research (Congresses, conferences, calls for papers in journal’s special issues, etc.), or the dissemination of the publications and the research projects that our faculty has developed in the academic and corporate world.

Most of the research developed at Instituto de Empresa receives financial support from private corporations or public institutions.
We believe that external financing is an important criterion that warrants the relevance and utility of knowledge generated with regard to society.
In the following pages we will present the abstracts of a selected list of the most recent research projects developed by our faculty |

"The year before I completed my university studies I thought very seriously about the how I could gain a foothold in the labour market. The research scholarships at Instituto de Empresa was the perfect opportunity to do just that. A year has gone by since I started work as an intern at IE, and I can now say, based on experience, that it has turned out to be a highly enriching experience from many perspectives.
Research permits you to acquire a broad vision of the professional opportunities that exist for anyone who is undergoing a continuous training process aimed at generating innovation in different areas of specialisation. The best thing is that in this type of work you are not just a spectator, you are intricately involved in truly interesting projects carried out by highly qualified researchers.
It is a unique opportunity to broaden your training and experience, while learning from true professionals, all of them experts in very different fields of knowledge." |
