The Instituto de Empresa’s Global MBA is a new online masters program which has raised the benchmark for quality online learning. Not only including the full MBA syllabus and a highly innovative online methodology where our excellent professors and technology combine to enhance the learning experience, the Global MBA also facilitates access to a worldwide network of alumni past and present who have also chosen the IE as their partner for enhancing their skills and career prospects.

A typical candidate for the Global MBA online program would have valuable work experience and would not wish to break their successful career by taking up to two years out to study an MBA on campus. In order to maximize flexibility and to fit participant’s busy schedules the program must be completed in 18 months.

Classes are imparted using our Campus Online with some  presential sessions in cities around the world to impart Learning and Development Programs in the following manner:

 
Global MBA Virtual Campus

Monday – Thursday: participants attend class via the interactive asynchronous online session . Open 24 hours a day and moderated by an IE Professor, participants log on at their convenience and participate in live discussions with the professor and fellow classmates.

Friday/Saturday – Live interactive video sessionsare live-streamed directly from IE in Madrid. These sessions are 1 ½ hour interactive classes led by an IE professor but focused on class discussion among participants. Each session is live-streamed twice from Madrid (Friday evenings for Spanish speakers, and Saturday mornings for English speakers, Madrid local time).


 Throughout the year Blended Sessions are offered in various cities all over the world. Conducted over 2 days, blended sessions allow participants to experience management skills workshops, meet professors and other program participants and to network in person with the various Global Communities.
