FUNDACIÓN ie
The IE Business School Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation created to help young people starting out on their career to gain a foothold in the corporate world and to train directors in the field of business management.

Financed by contributions from students, companies, individuals and alumni, the Foundation also promotes research studies and projects, scholarships and aid for students, and the creation of a special fund for the publication of business, legal and fiscal texts. Through these activities the Foundation generates opportunities and fosters the spirit of entrepreneurship that is so vital for economic and social development.

IE Fund is without doubt an innovative project. Created three years ago in New York, the financial centre of the world, its main objective is to fund scholarships that provide access to our programmes for people who would otherwise be unable to participate.

IE Fund also undertakes corporate fundraising, the proceeds of which are dedicated to academic research. Many business corporations have placed their confidence in our project by altruistically donating funds for scholarships, for research. I can only give them my heartfelt thanks for their generosity. Nor would we be able to undertake our work without the firm commitment of the IE Alumni Association, which today comprises a network of some 30,000 alumni who hold management positions in 85 countries.

IE Fund is the result of the joint efforts of the IE Business School Community and the multinational corporations that have lent us their support. For me, heading this project is a source of great pride.
