DOUBLE MASTERS IN LAWYERING

Why a Master in Lawyering?

When the Law 34/2006, of October 30th, regarding Access to the Legal Profession and Court Representatives, came into force, it meant that in order to be able to act as a lawyer in Spain, all law graduates must, after obtaining their degree: 1. Pass a master that leads to obtaining an official University Master's degree (60 ECTS credits) and carry out a supervised external internship training period (30 ECTS credits); 2. Pass an evaluation to access the legal profession.

Our Double Masters in Lawyering

With the promulgation of this new regulation, IE Law School has gone one step further by creating Dobles Masters en Abogacía, allowing students to obtain the best training so as to fulfill all of the legal requirements, but also providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to analyze, develop and implement innovative solutions for global problems. IE Law School's Double Masters in Lawyering are officially accredited, remaining as a reference point within the scope of business Law and its practice.
