We will analyze the implications in diverse types of verbal and non-verbal communications among different cultures, ethnic groups, ages, sexes, religions. We will study issues such as tensions within hegemonic and subaltern groups in companies or in social and political institutions and the problems of evolution in the social reality. We will approach ways of keeping and promoting plural opinions and civic behavior.
