Production and Operations Management

An important part of a company’s strategy is its design and operating system. This course investigates the fundamentals of production and operations management, addressing themes such as integrated chain supply management, total quality management, and the management of technology and innovation.

Entrepreneurship

The objective of this course will be to develop the skills necessary to be a successful entrepreneur. Students will analyze every aspect of the specific problems encountered during the process of implementing a business plan and learn how to apply management tools to fledgling companies. The course will also examine potential sources of business ideas and explore the different sources of financing for new ventures.
