Case studies are used to reflect the role of different HR management systems in a variety of businesses, from small-scale start-ups to large multinationals.

Management Information Systems

Management information systems (MIS) are specific systems that facilitate office productivity and provide managers with the necessary information to manage planning, controlling, and decision-making. With constant advances in technology, using MIS strategically has been shown to help a company become a market innovator. The aim of this course is to investigate the effectiveness of MIS in business and to teach students how to successfully design and implement different information systems.
