Organized by Llorente & Cuenca, the Renowned Names Forum at IE University, Corporate Excellence and Dircom brought together high level guests from consultancies, communication firms and journalists to discuss consumer knowledge and brain power, digital transformation, territories and communities: the new frontiers of communication and transmedia entertainment.

IE University’s Madrid headquarters was the site for the I Brand Communication Trends Forum, organized by communication agency Llorente&Cuenca. The symposium brought together high-level panelists from consultancies and communication firms, as well as journalists to discuss some of the main themes that will shape brand communication in the coming years. Among the topics under discussion were the new frontiers of communication and the role of communication in the digital transformation. The participants, experts in digital marketing and communication 2.0, share their views on consumer knowledge and brain power, digital transformation, the new frontiers of communication and transmedia entertainment.

Among the forum’s objectives is the strengthening and defense of the role of Spanish brands in international markets; at the same time, the idea is for it to become a benchmark for dialogue and understanding between different media, public institutions and private companies.

Representing IE University were Iôna de Macedo, the director of the BA in Communication degree program, as well as Juan Gasca, (CEO of Thinkers & Co, Carlota García Abril (Dircom of Territorio Creativo, Eduardo Pedreño, a specialist in digital transformation, and Marta García Aller, a journalist at Spanish radio station Onda Zero.
