This hybrid building in Cádiz Bay forms part of a larger group project meant to create a floating city dedicated to tourist activities. The complex creates a new mode of public space on the water.

This exercise asked students to create an office building in the area of Delicias, in the south of Madrid. This zone is currently undergoing tremendous changes in land use and ownership, shifting from industrial to office programs. The proposed building creates a public-private space that responds to the lack of shared exterior spaces in this area, providing a new pedestrian street and new street-level activities and retail programs.
