We will analyze how diverse organisms (states, multinational corporations, NGO's) manage the international environment through the search for commitments with the foreign public. We will also study interactions among societies or communities especially through new media, soft power and the building of relationships. A key dimension within these relations is philanthropy: the flow of money towards cultural initiatives through borders.
