Gustavo, after having held senior positions in business and non profit organizations,  has spent 18 years working within the field of organizational development and strategy for managing change, doing the follow up of the processes of the talent integration in the business strategy of multinationals in Europe, USA and Latin America. As a consultant Gustavo works  with organizations in defining and implementing its strategy, its organizational structure and HR management systems. As a coach and facilitator, he has been involved in the design and delivery of "in company" development programs about leadership and interpersonal skills. Gustavo  has also taught in several Universities and Public and Private Schools. His interests focus on how to increase productivity in High Diversity Teams in a sustainable way.
