Define your experience in Executive Master in Digital Transformation and Innovation Leadership in one word.

In what ways do you think program has changed your life professionally and personally?
Professionally, I feel more confident to work fostering digital transformation. I’m certain that more than technology, it’s about people and changing the mindset we have to do business. Personally, I learned real examples of leadership from my classmates and professors and made new friends.

What was your favorite memory from your experience?
It was great to visit leading companies such as Google, Microsoft, Accenture, and to share that experience with my classmates who all have similar interests as I do in digital transformation.

Why did you choose to study this program at IE?
Because I was looking for a leading business school that understood the way companies are being reinvented, a non-traditional program about innovation and new technologies with an international and diverse class.

What were some of the main challenges that you encountered on your way? How did your master program and IE help you through these challenges?
Being a blended program, the main challenges were the distance and the intensity of working and studying at the same time. IE made it possible to have a real master program experience. I really appreciated the extra effort our professors made for teaching us in a remote environment and the commitment of my classmates in our workgroups.

What is networking like in the program?
It was great that the program started with a face-to-face period when we got to meet each other and spend time together. In class we were able to discuss cases with our different professional backgrounds and experiences. Beyond that, in our first week IE prepared a fun cooking session for us as a way to chat and share moments as a group.
