IE University Student Well-Being Report 2025–2026
Hope enters the picture for the first time this year, and it's linked directly to academic performance: greater agency toward personal goals predicted higher GPA. Life satisfaction, flourishing, and resilience have all climbed for three years running, while stigma around seeking mental health support continues to fall.
IE University Student Well-Being Report 2024–2025
IE University's cross-cultural community shows up in the numbers: students spend far more time with peers from other countries than with peers from their own. This second edition also tracked how well-being shifts before and after a mandatory well-being workshop, offering a rare before-and-after view.
IE University Student Well-Being Report 2023–2024
This first edition of the report uncovered what most shapes a student's well-being: loneliness and satisfaction with IE University itself, more than any other factor. After completing a mandatory well-being workshop, students reported meaningful gains in both life satisfaction and flourishing, showing that the right support genuinely makes a difference.
