Your New Why

We are living in new times. As a result, we need to continue learning every day, constantly facing up to new challenges. At certain stages in our lives and careers, the “what” and the “why” take on a particular importance. Purpose becomes a renewed force of inspiration and entrepreneurship, and that purpose drives us on to embrace new challenges. And in such a process learning must be our constant companion. Custodia Cabanas, Chair of the Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Department at IE Business School, and Peter Bryant, Professor of Entrepreneurship at IE Business School, discuss the motivations that lead us to continue learning constantly and to find the purpose that will lead us to do new things in a fresh spirit.
