Alexia Keglevich


Passionate, enterprising, enthusiastic, she began her career at the age of 16 in the messaging area of ASSIST CARD, a family company. For 10 years she occupied different positions, in which she stood out for his ability to consolidate her training in the business. Her desire to excel was the engine to develop the Marketing department and expand the business to Southeast Asia. Having acquired enough experience, she decides to distance herself from the company. In 1995 she left ASSIST CARD and successfully developed her career in the financial sector within Banco Rio (currently, Santander Rio).

In the year 2000, she returned to the company to occupy the position of Executive Director. Its main objective was the growth and expansion of the

company, which led to its becoming a corporation. In 2011, ASSIST CARD was acquired by the Holding Starr Companies, keeping Alexia as Global CEO of all operations in the world.

Her 32 years of experience in the field and her desire to provide excellent assistance to all travelers in a constantly changing world, make her an exceptional leader, who seeks to encourage and motivate her employees to break paradigms and work collaboratively to give to customers the best service.

Alexia’s commitment and social conscience have led her to visit many Latin American countries, actively participating in community actions that seek to collaborate with the eradication of poverty, promote education and the growth of the most vulnerable communities. Together with the organization Techo y Mas Sonrisas, a social action program developed by the company, she has participated in the construction of houses in a large part of Latin America.

Her management has been highlighted and recognized by the Magazine Latin Bussiness Chronicle (LBC) within “The 50 Women Executives of Latin America”, named by the newspaper La NaciĆ³n as one of the Women Leaders in the corporate world in 2015. And in 2017 was chosen to be part of the Red Shoe Movement Hall of Fame, an American company dedicated to the professional training and leadership of women. The trajectory and management of Alexia is a case of study in different universities of the world.

Alexia holds a degree in Communication from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) and also holds an MBA in Business Administration from the IAE Business School. Recently, this institution has appointed her as a member of its Board of Directors.
