Venture Day Madrid
Venture Day Madrid is IE University's demo day where we showcase the top startups and startup projects that have been developed by IE students and alumni in IE's Venture Lab. Venture Day is a celebration of entrepreneurship, which is at the core of IE's mission and is infused in each of our programs. Venture Day Madrid has two formats. The first half is comprised of speakers and elevator pitches from the semi-finalist teams. There will be a Keynote, a workshop on AI and a panel discussion. The second part of the event is the Startup Competition. Ten finalists are selected to give a 5-minute pitch before a panel of investors. After each pitch 5-minutes are allocated for Q&A, and then after all teams have pitched the jury deliberates and selects the winners.
Beyond Madrid, IE's Venture Days take place in cities around the world, connecting the entrepreneurial community across all continents. In the past three years, we have held more than 35 International Venture Days in cities such as Shanghai, Tokyo, Miami, Bogota, London, Santiago de Chile, Paris and many more!
