Bob has held senior academic appointments at top institutions across Australia and the globe, including Deputy Vice Chancellor at the University of Western Australia and Visiting Professor at the Kellogg School.

Having gained a PhD at the University of Washington, Bob undertook post-doctoral studies at Stanford, and is widely-recognised for his expertise in Social Cognitive theory.

Bob has a wealth of experience in designing and delivering leadership programs and consulting to senior management teams at large organisations, including Australian Defence Forces, Westpac Institutional Bank, Santos, PwC, Westfield, Newmont Mining, Saudi Aramco, Dow Chemical, Telstra, P&O Ports, and to the Hong Kong Government during the transition back to Chinese rule.

Bob is an AGSM Fellow and concurrently, the Director of the Centre for Ethical Leadership at The University of Melbourne.
