Vice Dean of Behavior & Human Development
Vice Dean of Behavior & Human Development, and Professor of Consumer Insights & Behavior at IE Business School. He has more than 20 years of experience helping brands ask the right questions from a strategy, marketing and consumer insights perspective.
Professor Aragón advises firms on information systems and new technologies. For 13 years he served as Research and Consultancy Director for infoempleo.com. He holds an MBA from IE Business School as well as a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Navarra.
Andrew is a designer, innovation consultant and Design Thinking facilitator. He studied philosophy, political science, and the history of science and mathematics before becoming a creative director. Andrew has worked in his native New York and internationally as an art and creative director in multinationals and advising corporations on creativity, strategy, innovation processes, and Design Thinking. He also teaches the same as an Associate Professor at IE. Andrew is an innovation, design, and user advocacy officer with a handful of startups and tech development companies. He speaks and moderates at conferences and his voice has been featured in ads and audiobooks.

Concepción is a social innovator and economist. She has worked in both the public and private sector, including roles in Santander Bank and founding an NGO, while her PhD focused on the use of technology in social entrepreneurship. She is president of the social venture Puentes Global, a member of Ashoka’s venture board, and IE University’s Social Innovator Director.

Jaime has deep insights into market research and consumer behavior—developed throughout his career with Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble—including responsibility in the latter for all market research. He is particularly interested in the field of behavior economics and neuromarketing, and the increasingly active role of business and its leaders in shaping political and social agendas.
Marina is the executive director of IE Executive Education. She also works as an associate professor specializing in management skills, the future of work, positive and mindful leadership, the art of selling, creativity and innovation.

Ricardo has two decades of experience in working with new technologies in startups and large organizations, both in Spain and the USA. He has previously worked closely with MIT. He has a particular interest in the development and scaling of entrepreneurial businesses, and the application of new business models such as multi-sided platforms.

Mark is a technology futurist and AI pioneer, and currently a strategic advisor to the UAE Government Office of AI on digital strategy. Canadian by birth and now living in France and Spain, he is co-founder of Nexus FrontierTech. He is also co-leader of the Microeconomics of Competitiveness program at the Institute of Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School, with specialist interests in corporate sustainability, economic complexity, and the circular economy. His books include Understanding How the Future Unfolds and The AI Republic.

Bernardo is an expert in how organizations can unlock the power of data and intelligence to act smarter, with more focus and impact. Born in Spain, his experience is shaped by a career with BBVA—one of the world’s most innovative banks—where he is responsible for product development, loyalty programs and digital marketing. His passion is to help organizations to drive more thoughtful, more intelligent, digital transformation.
Daniel is the Director of the Opinno Ideas Department (Innovation, Design and Strategy consulting). Where since 2014, he has been in charge on building and growing a 50 amazingly skilled people team with over 4M in close deals, becoming the most important innovation companies in the country. He’s also professor on corporate innovation, product and service design, and lean startup in several institutions: Instituto de Empresa (IE IMBA), ESIC and Instituto Europe di Design.
