Stephen Choi

Murray and Kathleen Bring Professor of Law and Director of the Pollack Center at NYU

Prior to joining the NYU School of Law faculty in 2005, Stephen Choi taught at the University of California, Berkley, School of Law and at the University of Chicago Law School. He graduated from Harvard Law School in 1994 at the top of his class and completed a PhD in Economics at Harvard in 1997. Choi’s research focuses mainly on the theoretical and empirical analysis of corporations and capital markets, and his works have been published in the Yale Law Journal, Stanford Law Review and Duke Law Journal, among many others.
