IE Center for C-Centricity hosts an event on customer centricity


Putting customers first has always been linked to loyalty programs or customized services but the concept of customer centricity goes beyond.

IE Center for C-Centricity, organized along with PwC an event on IE University Campus. This event called after “Decoding C-Centricity: “we put customers first”… and now what?” welcomed  CMO´s, CEO´s, Strategists, CX Managers… from companies of a wide diverse of sectors that are interested in becoming more customer centric and creating a greater impact.

This event served to present the conclusions of a research based on consumer centricity, Decoding Customer Centricity, as well as its new strategy and purpose. Moreover, the event counted with the participation of corporate members of the center who discussed the main challenges in becoming a truly c-centric company.

IE Center for C-Centricity believes “Customers, Consumers and Citizens must sit at the heart of organizations, in order to ensure successful organizational growth and overall human satisfaction at a societal level”.

Today, IE Center for C-Centricity aims to deepen academic research on business management that puts consumers, clients and citizens at the center of companies to generate sustainable growth and development.
