NEW PROGRAMS OPENING: IE KISTEFOS YOUNG TALENTED LEADERS SCHOLARSHIPS 2021-2022
The IE Kistefos Scholarships Program, launched in 2019, which has already impacted eleven young leaders from different African countries and eight from Norway, broadens its course offering to eight different master’s degrees at IE University. The Master in Finance and the Master in Customer Experience & Innovation are the new programs added to the offer.
For the next intake, and thanks to Kistefos AS’s commitment to supporting the best talent, IE Foundation will be able to grant seven new scholarships for African candidates coming from Ethiopia, Liberia, and South Africa and eight new opportunities for Norwegian candidates. Scholarships based on students’ needs will cover up to 100% of the tuition and living expenses. Candidates will be able to choose among eight master’s degrees from IE Business School, IE School of Human Science and Technologies, and IE School of Global and Public Affairs.
The Kistefos Young Talented Leaders Scholarship at IE is an initiative established in 2019. The purpose is to remove financial barriers to education for high-potential individuals from Norway and several countries from Africa, helping them unleash their innovative business vision. Founded by Christen Sveaas, Kistefos AS is an investment company with a rich history in pursuing philanthropic projects committed to public service and academic development. Their generous donation funds one of the latest installments of IE Foundation’s Young Talented Leaders scholarship program and forms part of the transformative impact of IE Foundation, which awards scholarships to students from over 100 countries worldwide.
