Miguel Soldán Belda
Miguel has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources, implementation of change management processes, negotiation with unions and collective bargaining.
Miguel is founder and managing partner of the firm Interlaboris, which provides consultancy services in labor matters.
Miguel began his professional career working for Grupo Ferrovial, S.A., where he was sub-director of labor relationships between the group and director of human resources of the subsidiary in charge of maintenance, Ferconsa, S.A. He later was appointed director of labor relationships at Grupo Maxam (previously known as the Spanish Explosives Union), where he negotiated with unions and led a complex change management process. He was later appointed corporate human resources director of Grupo NaturEner, a Spanish renewable energies company with presence in Spain, the US and Canada.
