US INTERNATIONAL TAX LAW PROGRAM

The Global Experience Module is an intensive program that follows a blended learning format and is designed to introduce professionals to the main components of the U.S. tax system.

This program covers a broad introduction to the fundamentals of U.S. international taxation from an inbound and outbound perspective, treatment of investments in U.S. securities and real estate, operation of the U.S. controlled foreign corporation rules, the U.S. foreign tax credit and participation exemption, and information exchange. The program also covers a range of more advanced planning topics, such as the formation and structure of funds seeking to invest in the U.S. and outbound IP migration structures.

Previous to the courses at NYU, introductory sessions will be provided via online.

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a Certificate from NYU Law’s Institute for Executive Education and a Certificate from IE Law School Executive Education.

Lawyers and Tax Advisors who intend to expand their knowledge on the most relevant aspects of us tax regulations.
