Global Master in Real Estate Development - Partnerships

Key Innovation Factors And Investment Strategies For Sustainable Cities

IE School of Architecture and Design is the first school in the world to establish an agreement with C40 Reinventing Cities and Urban Future Global Conference. At the School, we have exclusive agreements with a number of industry-leading organizations and institutions.

These partnerships provide our students with unrivaled access to industry insights, contacts and career-boosting opportunities.

C40 Reinventing Cities is a network of the world’s largest cities with a commitment to combating climate change. As part of this initiative, they provide students with international urban development projects that form a basis for their capstone projects. Using the knowledge they have acquired during the program, students will propose development projects with a holistic approach and an emphasis on sustainability in all its facets. They will defend their proposal in front of a professional jury comprised by investors, architects, Real Estate company representative and city authorities.

Urban Future Global Conference is Europe´s largest event for sustainable cities. But it is also so much more than that. It´s a community of passionate CityChangers from all over the world.
