THE STRUCTURE

The program will be divided into three parts called terms. Each of these terms will combine courses from the four areas mentioned above and the main final assignment at the end of each term will be one of the consulting projects explained below. The program usually starts the first week of October.

THE CHALLENGES

You will engage in three intensive team challenges that will give you practical, hands-on experience working directly with industry experts. In each challenge, you will work with a different company and your team will present its results to a panel of experts.

The first challenge is to lead a complex change management journey ensuring that the human resources component is aligned with the business strategy.

In the second challenge, you will design a talent management strategy and its implementation, using the latest HR tools, gamification techniques, and Human Resources Information Systems. (HRIS)

In your final challenge, you will prepare an HR Blueprint for an international company that has acquired another company with a strong and different culture. You will ensure that the business strategy and HR focus are aligned to maximize employee well-being and company performance under difficult circumstances.

During the challenges, wearables will measure engagement and cohesion as well the working dynamics of each team.

Every class at IE is conducted as a discussion in order to bring together different points of view. Participation is key to the evaluation of students at IE.
