Chiara Olimpieri

After finishing the program I started working at Adidas Group, as Ecommerce Manager within the Real Madrid business unit.

The master allowed me to improve both my hard and soft skills, and taught me to prioritize and have a strategic and fact-based approach to everything I do—things that are extremely valued in big companies like mine.

Moreover, the program increased my ability to work under pressure and with peers, and increased my ability to take a leadership role when needed, which are helping me grow quickly within the company.

And last, but not least, I made true friends from all over the world. I had the chance to take classes and learn from outstanding professors, and from the other cultures represented in the program. It was an inspiring, hard and fun experience that I would recommend to everyone.
