Founder of Hanzo, a Madrid-based studio offering user and market research, digital strategy, service design, and web & application design services for clients such as BBVA, Repsol, SONY, Jazztel, and Condé Nast.

Borja Delgado began working in digital media in the late 90’s with marketing and advertising agencies as a designer and developer. Eventually he went on his own and began collaborating with important international agencies such as BBDO, JWT, and Doubleyou, etc. Borja was one of the founders of Domestika, the largest Spanish- speaking creative community. In 2004, he led the network’s digital strategy renovation, transforming a forum with 700 users into a community with more than 70,000 members. In 2007, he founded a service design studio based in Madrid with Diego Blanco servicing clients such as BBVA, Repsol, SONY, Jazztel, Vogue, Air Europa, and Condè Nast, offering user and market research, digital strategy, service design, and web & application design services
