Edouard (Ed) Gruwez has almost 30 years of professional experience as senior manager in Communications, HR, marketing and strategy for Volvo, GM and Ogilvy.

Edouard is currently Managing Director of Ogilvy Internal Communications and founder of ‘To The Point at Work’. He is consultant to many international corporations and public authorities such as AstraZeneca, Barco, Bayer, BASF, BNP Paribas Fortis, Carrefour, Cleary Gottlieb, Danone, Deutsche Bank, Euroclear, ING, Kantar TNS, Roche, Sanofi, UWV.

Edouard obtained his degrees in Civil Engineering and MBA at the KULeuven-Vlerick. The focus in Ed’s research is on the efficiency and effectiveness of communication in large organizations. In 2014 his methodology for effective communication was published by Financial Times, and was later translated in 5 languages. He teaches this subject at several business schools and in large organizations in Europe and the Far East. He is a frequent keynote speaker at HR and business events.
