Professional Experience
Enrique is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership and consultant at Walkleadership. He works as an executive coach and as a facilitator in leadership development programs, helping senior managers and their teams meet their personal and professional goals. He travels extensively lecturing on mindfulness, coaching and personal development He has practiced and imparted meditation courses for more than 25 years.

Enrique is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He has received training in Co-Active Coaching with CTI, Team Coaching and Relationships with ORSC, Leading and Coaching Across Cultural with Philippe Rosinski, Appreciative Inquiry with David Cooperrider, Global Leadership with Bill Torber, The Leadership Circle with Liberto Pereda, Expert in Systems of Entrepreneurial Training in the Faculty of Business of the University of Seville, Expert in Ericksonian Hypnosis by the Erickson Institute of Madrid.

Since 1996, he has been designing and facilitating leadership development, mindfulness and coaching programs for people from all professional fields in order to accompany them in their personal and professional development.
He collaborates as a coach and lecturer at IDDI, Francisco de Vitoria University. He has collaborated with the Faculty of Business of Barcelona, Valencia and Seville. He has been collaborating with several Universities in Latin America on Values in organizations.

For more than 10 years he also had been working in the educational field delivering training and coaching to school management teams, educational advisory teams and teams of counsellors.

Some of his corporate clients are Telefónica, Everis, Vodafone, Ferrovial, ING, Sanofi, Ikea, Bco. Santander, Volvo.
