Felix Ladstätter got his Bachelor in Computer Science from University of Salzburg (2005). He is currently doing his Ph.D. in Methodology in Behavioral Sciences at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. His industrial experience includes the position Technologist in M.Kaindl in Salzburg (AT) and the position as Production Manager and President Assistant at Kronospan in Danyang (CN). He has participated as a researcher in various international projects funded by UAM and Banco Santander, and with Psya (prevention and management of psychosocial risks). He is collaborating with the School of Public Health at Fudan University (CN), and the School of Psychology at Auckland University (NZ). His research focuses on intelligent data analysis techniques such as artificial neural networks, genetic algorithms, fuzzy logic and swarm intelligence for the social sciences. He is also interested in occupational health psychology, particularly in burnout and how personal resources such as hardiness can modulate the development of burnout.
