With over 16 years of experience in the Global Management Education and HigherEd space, Laura Rojo has worked with international markets across Asia, Europe and the Americas in roles spanning the areas of: Program Design and Program Development; Facilitation, Coaching and Teaching; Program and Portfolio Management and Delivery; Student Experience; International Business Development; Global Recruitment and Admissions; and Strategic Partnerships and Projects. Having led top-ranked MBA and Executive MBA programs, as well as leading international Undergraduate Programs and portfolios, Laura Rojo has been recruited and appointed multiple times for roles specifically created in order to steer innovation, development and transformation.

Laura has also specialized in Innovation and Change Management in her own work for top Business Schools – initiating and managing change processes and leading teams, units and program portfolios through strategic changes, working with all stakeholders, in various dimensions: namely internationalization; cultural change; design and curriculum innovation; operational efficiency and agility; business development; team development; blended, online, and hybrid education.

Laura is a strong believer and enabler of life-long learning and development, and works with executives and participants in management education programs to support their leadership development through facilitation, coaching and teaching.
