Martin Rodriguez Jugo is part of the IE Adjunct Faculty for the area of Operations Management
teaching Project Management in different IE programs. He has focused on Project Management
since he started working as an engineer in the energy sector in different areas: R&D, knowledge
management, refining, plant designing and consulting.
He has spent more than 10 years working on the business education sector participating in a wide
range of projects such as the development of multi-player business simulations, gamification
projects, case studies and tutorials, the implementation of agile methodologies in the production
process, the management of blended courses and MOOC production.
Martin studied engineering in the Universidad de los Andes in Venezuela and several years after he
completed a Master in Business Administration (MBA) at IE Business School.
He has participated many times as a speaker in different conferences in the higher education and
technology supported education sectors in Europe and America, where he has presented some of
the multimedia resources developed at IE.
