Electives

An integral part of the BIE and BIEBIR study plans is the elective course component, which allows students to tailor their academic experience based on their interests or possible specializations.

BIE students are required to fulfill up to 60 ECTS and BIEBIR students up to 30 ECTS, giving our students the freedom to explore different areas or to focus on a specific field by selecting courses offered by their own degree program. Elective courses give students a well-rounded academic experience, as well as expand their awareness, critical thinking and cultural knowledge.
