Virtual Help Desk

Students can request certain academic processes through the Virtual Help Desk, similar to how students already report IT related issues. Via the Self-Service Portal, students will now be able to request enrollment certificates, carta de aprovechamiento, online attendance petitions, meeting with Program Director, or grade appeals, among others. In addition, students will also be able to follow the status of the request in real time.
