As students in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ie.edu\/business-school\/programs\/masters\/master-in-talent-development-human-resources\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Master in Talent Development &amp; Human Resources<\/a> stated, the most effective <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ie.edu\/uncover-ie\/the-future-of-work-ai-remote-trends-global-economy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AI systems<\/a> are those that are built into real workflows, with humans firmly in the loop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBefore the class, I was super intimidated with learning how AI works,&#8221; one student said. &#8220;This gave us the confidence to try it ourselves and see how it can change work even before we join the workforce.\u201d Another student reflected on the broader learning: \u201cThis course taught me that AI is something we can build and apply.
